    Friday, and my first SOTD:

Taylor Pure Badger Brush (only one I've got at the moment)
    King of Shaves Pre-Shave Oil
    Taylor's Rose Shaving Cream
    7/8 Stehlo
    Trumper Coral Skin Food

... and a liberal application of a Clubman styptic pencil.

It was a good shave in terms of closeness (as good as with a safety razor, at least), but my technique still leaves a bit to be desired.

Not sure I like the King of Shaves oil. I think the healthy dose of menthol might just dull the senses enough to lead to some razor burn. But I'm hoping not.

    Hot shower.
Hot six oil on the head, then headslick, used the headblade and shaved my head extra good cause I had time this morning.(no work)

Hot washrag on the face, hot badger brush, whipped up a great lather with classicshaving sandlewood soap.
Doubleduck Satinedge I just sharpened last night, shaved great, needs a little more licks on the pasted strop.
Cold water splash, followed by a witchhazel splash. Pat dry, used baldguyz moisturizer on the head, finished off with Pinaud Clubman original aftershave.
