For me it was the usual cast of characters out for an against the grain pass on the neck and sides with the pakka wood scled Böker Tree Brand razor provided by David Uthe (How are ya, man? We miss you)

My face is just a bit tore up from using a straight so many days in a row and being a bit aggressive. SO, tomorrow we will be back on track. I just like participating!!!

To redeem myself for posting the DE pic on Monday, I went with the biggest hunk of metal I own! Mondesir 7/8 straight razor, Savile Row 208, DR Harris Almond, Proraso Pre/Post balm. The bowl is a stainless steel mixing bowl. Lightweight, and I can float it in the sink to keep the lather warm!
Razor prep was 15 laps linen, 30 laps on the Tony Miller #2 hanging strop.

As you might know we are having a transit strike here in NYC. Hense I had to start my shave much eariler than I am used to. I was a bit worried I might not be fully awake. It turned out OK
