Well, what can I say? The Bergische Löwe is overpriced, and has too much goldwash, but somehow, I keep reaching out for it in the mornings, simply because it is such a nice razor. Incidentally, I am about to replace my Castle Forbes stuff with Edwin Jagger (aka Klar Seifen GmbH). It costs about the same, maybe slightly less, but the combination of the cream with the after shave balm delivers the best results overall so far. Nice stuff, indeed.SOTD Items Details Pre shave Castle Forbes "The Pre Shave" Soap/Cream Edwin Jagger "Aloe Vera" Razor Dovo "Bergischer Löwe" 5/8 - Straight Razor Place Wiki Post shave Alum Bar After shave balm Edwin Jagger "Aloe Vera" Perfume Washington Tremlett "mp/h" Setup
