I love this soap, so rich and I can´t decide if it´s a tie to my favourite (Cella). Nice pine sent, yes indeed pine. Mmm. Lovely shave today, two passes in face and one on the head, Helje behaved very good today!

Not a bad shave, this is the razor I had issues with about the dent (farking dents...) I was ablet to get it all fixed up but I was expecting a bit better shave, I may need to work on my asagi a bit more with this one...

Saturday morning with the Greaves Boys

Good day, gentlemen!

I've been away from the SOTD thread for a while, but just had to show off my newest, lovely razor.

The Phoenix, by Philadelph. A Greaves & Sons 8/8 wedge TWICE reground and dressed in Black and Tan G10.

Brush is an Ever-Ready 150 restored and fitted with a 24mm silverip knot by qdaddy.

First time shaving with the G. Myers (just honed by JoeD at the recent WNY razor meet, thank you very much Joe) and it was a beauty. I had two very good passes and while I still cannot achieve the closeness of my DE's I am very pleased with the results. I get great pleasure in the whole process and it starts my weekend off just right. I like listening to NPR as I go through thru the prep and the shave. Any day I wake up on the right side of the daisies is a good day but any day I can have a shave like today's is an even better day.
