Nice blade Mark! I´ve found a Helje 9 1/2 that Neil at Strop-shop will fix. How´s she shaving? I really like the weight and blade design of them.

Shaves great, Mikael!! As you mentioned, the weight really makes a difference! This blade is the reason I picked up the Wacker 1/4 hollow I have on the way. I find myself gravitating more toward the thicker, heftier blades.

PREP: long hot shower with face conditioner and hot towels
    RAZOR: Boker red Injun
    BRUSH: Custom NIb
SOAP: Uberlather with Tabac and Derby
    SCUTTLE: target special
    ASTRINGENT: thayers lavandar
ASB: mixture of cornhuskers and nivea extreme comfort
    AS: Clubman og
    COLOGNE: EA sandalwood
RESULT: smoothest shave Ive gotten to date!!

SO i decided to put a micro bevel on the boker today just to try it out and see if i like it, and let me say I am a believer! It was the smoothest and closest shave Ive gotten. Before the boker was good but now its like day and night. Looks like Im going to be doing this to all my razors. Also the combo of Tabac and Derby cream is an excellent match, Iam silky smooth!

GENTLEMAN AS ALWAYS GREAT SOTD'S THIS WEEK HAVE A GREAT ONE!
