    Soap: VDH/Old Spice Classic Blend
    Mug: Vintage Old Spice
    Brush: Col Conk Barbershop Badger
    Scuttle RAB Ceramic

Great shave this morning! Experimented with the VDH/OS blend (Van Der Hay Navy man) and got it as good as possible without meltingdown. Last time I put a SS in the Microwave (for only 5 seconds) I got a lovely crack in my Vintage Old Spice Mug! Obviously had my head squarely up my...(you get the picture)! I'll have to make some other arrangements before doing the melting thing again! The blend had a great Old Spice scent though and will see how it holds up next time.
Great shave shown by all today Gentlemen!

    Dr. Ralfson,

    You're quite welcome kind sir.

It's scary sharp and shaves like a dream too.

Stay tuned...I have another Boker "Red Injun" that I got off Ebay in the wings...I'm sending it off to be honed.

Thanks! You can probably find one on E-Bay. This one is Circa 1948. Good luck!

    Default Thursday evening head shave

Pre: wash and hot towel and Proraso
    Brush: Semouge 200
    Razor: James Bingham
    Cream: Vulfix English Rose
    Astringent: India alum
    Post: Proraso
    AS: Tabac
Result: Very nice shave - with some bumps!
This is a nice little wedgy that holds an edge real good. However, the mosquitos love the back of my head and of course I nicked three of them . Well nothing that Proraso gel and wife can´t fix. Other than that, very nice and smooth piece of head now !
