new SOTD theme for the week of August 22nd.
Gents,
The G brother and I were discussing about a new theme for the upcoming SOTD.
So for the week of Sun August 22nd - Sat 28th we are going to organize a new SOTD theme.
The theme will consist of taking your SOTD from within your house/domain but showing an outdoor shot of where you live as the backdrop.
You must have your SOTD gear in the picture and we ask that you post one picture per SOTD.
The best examples what we are looking for are the SOTD pictures from 'du212'. This should give you exactly what we're looking for.

I'm already looking forward to next week.
Although it is considered a theme week you can still post your regular SOTD, with or without pictures. We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to take pictures or feel obliged to participate for whatever reason in a theme week. It's all about having fun and sharing our zen moments.
Thx gents.

Thanked: 2516+1, Jose's pics are pretty hard to match but it will be interesting seeing everyones "neighborhood" as a back ground to the SOTD gear.

Great idea
That's a great idea Max...maybe we can all go to Navarro (where José lives) and take shots there...that backdrop will be hard to beat.
How about it José? Can you accommodate 50+ guests?

Creativity will be the key factor here. Not everyone has the privilege to have a gorgeous view from their home as many also live in a condo or apartment and have mainly a street or brick back view.
Just make it fun. It's not a contest. Just some crazy fanatic dudes addicted to everything related to straight shaving.

Those photographs were absolutely HORRIBLE! I have never seen a worse SOTD my entire life. Actually I think I have seen one or two which were worse. Maybe several. Now that I think about it, your SOTDs are not so bad - in fact I think I may have actually liked one or two of them. Come to think of it, I like all of them. They're the best I've ever seen! Absolutely stunning artwork!
