Hot Shower
6/8's E. Champion (from Bill)
Same old cheap badger brush I have had for a while (my only one)
Airzona Goat Milk Soap Co. shaving soap
Airzona Goat Milk Soap Co. aftershave
Cold water rinse
The reason this shave was so wonderful was the ambiance...the window was open in the bathroom creating a nice ocean like breeze and the shaving soap reminded me of the smells of the beach when I used to live on the coast. It took me back to the days when I young and single and getting ready for a first date. The days when I didnt have a care in the world other than getting laid that night (ok well I still want to get laid but somehow there are more important things in life now...god I feel old)...the days when I actually looked for an excuse to take my shirt off. It was a wonderful trip back into my younger days and the smells of old...it reminded me of how much I miss that time in my life, but also reminded me of how far I have come. Probably my best shave yet.Last edited by JLStorm; 05-05-2006 at 09:33 PM.

Hot shower
Small Omega boar brush
CS lavender (not too impressed; thin lather that didn't last)
7/8 Henckels Friodur (amazing razor)
Hot/cold water rinse
Thayer's Witch Hazel w/aloe
Jack Black Blue Mark cologne
Great shave, even if the soap wasn't that great. Friodur is a must-have.

This was last night, but I was in a hurry after the shave and inebriated when I got home...
-hot shower
-finally ran out of the crappy shave gel which I use for pre-shave softening of hair. switching to wilkinson soap for that purpose
-Cavendish Black
-C&E BB
-rescaled Pearlduck (taking me forever to get used to the small blade)
-paco rabanne (since I was hitting a party, I thought it was a good idea to use a fancier aftershave, but it burned like a mofo lol)
Also did some missionary work at the party. Directed a dude to CS

Wasn't planning on shaving today, but
decided that I ahd to try Colleen's
Orange Parchouli cream. The stuff
lahtered really well and smelled
even better. I do believe that I
will add this to my rotation when
it " hits the market"
Oh, and do I love that W&B, one outstanding razor.
Thanks again Joe Chandler....
