It's been a while. My apologies, things have been really busy for me. Today I decided to shave alternating between two of some new treasured acquisitons, a Henckels 8/8 and a Kikuboshi / Saito smiling 13/16. I had quite a full grown beard so in hindsight I really should have pulled out something like my Bengalls wedge. Nonetheless, once i got into it these two beautiful razors provided great shaves. The way the smiling edge fits into the contours of my face is something I could never have imagined - the smiling one is definitely alot of fun. The Henckels... well, the Henckels just feels great to hold and move, I'm liking full hollow square points. So enough of my jibber jabber, here is the 411:

    Location: Taipei, Taiwan
    Time: 23:20
    Soap: Bodega Bomb
Brush: Fuller 22mm tgn knot marbled butterscotch restore
    Razors: Henckels 91 8/8 + Kikuboshi smiling 13/16
Afterwards: Alum Block (forgot to photograph) + Ogallala Bay Rum Aftershave

Oh yeah and that's a vodka tonic top left because well that's what I like to do at the end of the day, a little drink and a little shave.

It been a while since using the Wonderedge. I think about 8 months. I forgot what a wonderful shaver it is. BBS all the way. Ya know there is a draw back to BBS shaves. It means i have to wait 2 days for stubble to appear.
Hope you Gents enjoy your weekend.
