Week of October 31 SOTD - Sunday
BOO...Hahahahahahaha
Pre-Shave: Hot shower Razor: 6/8" Maestro Livi, Round Point Brush: 24mm Thäter Silvertip Badger Strop: Neil Miller Linen (50 laps) + SRD Premium IV Leather (70 laps) Überlather: Tabac Shave Creme + Tabac Shave Soap + Glycerin Astringent: Thayer's Witch hazel (Lavender, no alcohol) Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-Free Moisturizer AS Splash: Tabac Cologne: Tabac Pumpkin Eating Frenzy: Carved by yours truly (I know...that was pretty sick and I need help)
Result: Ghoulish shave this morning . My wife and I went to a costume party last night and had a wonderful time. I hadn't gone out of my way for something like this for a long time... It was fun getting back to my younger roots again (it was all my wife's fault, of course
). I finally received my Tabac creme and was able to make the slickest lather using only Tabac...Can't get over the scent. AMAZING!!! The Livi was all that was needed to put a freakish scare on any stubble, thick and thin alike. It was pure, beautiful carnage...one that was an absolute pleasure to experience (Wooooahahahaha). Finish it with a Tabac AS and cologne and I am good to go...Kids in the neighborhood: Consider this fair warning. No prisoners will be taken tonight when trick or treating.
Tonight is the night that you should watch your back. Why?
Darkness falls across the land
The midnight hour is close at hand
Creatures crawl in search of blood
To terrorize y’awl’s neighborhood
And whosoever shall be found
Without the soul for getting down
Must stand and face the hounds of hell
And rot inside a corpse’s shell
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grizzly ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts to shiver
For no mere mortal can resist
The evil of the thriller
That was Vincent's Price's rap on "Thriller"...And to put you in the mood:

Happy Halloween ghouls and goblins. Have an AWESOME and scary good time with your kids and family gentlemen. See you all tomorrow...that is if you survive the night.

Thanks Robert. My work has a tradition where they have free pumpkins for the employees and this years pumpkins were quite large. It's my daughters first year to go trick or treating (she'll be 2 the day after Christmas) and after watching dad shave, we carved the pumpkin together (I carved she watched). I'll be sporting the hat tonight as Wyatt Earp as I take her Trick or Treating. It's going to be a great day! Cheers!![]()

Excellent!!! Nice job with the pumpkin. Glad to hear y'all had fun getting back to the "younger" days at the party. I couldn't agree with you more on the Tabac. At first I was unsure of the scent, now I can't get enough of it. Thanks for a very Halloween post...gotta love the Thriller!
