A lazy Sunday morning with freshly ground Kenyan AA, French Press coffee to go with the Solingen/MWF combination. A terrific shave (two in a row) which makes it a wonderful day already. I think I have the best shaves when I use my Hess Hair Milk Lab. canvas strop in combination with the Tony Miller Horsehide strop regardless of the blade. Today's blade is a Lynn honed beauty that felt just terrific this morning. Jeter and Mo are signed and the hot stove is blazing...and today will be better than yesterday.

Brought down 2 razors today. JR and an uncle sam. The uncle sam was a test on a Nakayama stone. Thank you Bill. I did about 60 laps. From what i remember from my previous shave with this razor it was nothing special. Todays shave was out standing. Super sharp 3 passes to GLORY! Unfortunitaly the JR needs to back to the hones. But thats ok. Im still planning on doing more testing. I have 2 Geneva's that i will hone up on BBW and Coti. One will get finished on a 12k chinese and the other on the Nakayama.
