    Default Thursday's shave

    Location: 32°2805N 93°5516W
    Prep: Hot Shower & Towel
Preshave: Proraso – I just can’t find anything else that works this well.
    Scuttle: Rosemarie Durr Shaving Bowl
    Soap: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
    Brush: New Forest 2211
Razor: Wade & Butcher Barbers Notch Wedge
    Balm: Nivea Post Shave Balm
After Shave: Serge Lutens – Borneo 1834
Result: A wonderful shave with another old razor. Max was kind enough to hone this one up and did a great job bringing another razor back to shave ready status. The cologne is very complex with a lot of depth, stays with me the entire day and is pleasant, to me & the wife at least.
