Another extremly smooth and sharp shaver, it was a very effortless shave and thanks to Neils edge and the good quality of steel, this blade cut through like no stubble was in the way

    Soap: Tabac
    Razor: Bengall 11/16
    Astringent: Thayer's (Lemon) Witch Hazel

Tonight's shave was basically all the same gear as last nights, only difference being that I finished the razor with 70 laps on the Thuringian. The result was an ultra smooth, satisfying shave. 3 passes and another sweet BBS.

    Brush:TGN 22mm Custom
    Strop:SRD PIV English Bridle
    Cream:Bomb Frankincense, Myrrh, & Vetiver
Razor: National Cutlery “Napoleon” Slant Grind
After shave: Frankincense, Myrrh, & Vetiver ASB

Result:Today's scent combo is my favorite right now. The sweet & woody smells coupled with rich pillowy lather resulted in a smooth and comfortable shave. Another busy week, thanks for all the great pics and posts, they help me wind down after a long day and that is VERY appreciated.

    Congratulations on your marriage Frank!

    Cheers!

Hey Glenn, it was this razor that finally convinced me to order some of that acrylic. I haven't yet used the smoke, which I believe is what was used for your scales, but the midnight is what I used on the Bengall in tonights post.

Great shave. A little touch up hone last night left the razor's edge in fine trim. 3 passes BBS. Also, the Alum Block and Aqua Velva Combination is fantastic for just a crisp, skin tightening experience. Very nice. And now I ruin a perfect day by getting dressed and going to work.
