Prep:Hot Shower
Scuttle: Dirty Bird Custom Double
Brush:TGN 24mm Premium A Custom
Strop:SRD PIV English Bridle
Cream:Calypso Bomb
Razor:J.R. Torrey "Damascus" done by Glen (GSSixgun)
After shave: Ogallala Bayrum & Sandalwood
EDT: L'Occitane Vetyver

Result: I just got this blade back from Glen (GSSixgun). This blade gave an amazing shave. I did 3 passes (1 felt great, 2 was very smooth, and I wanted the luxury of the 3rd pass) to remove the 3 days growth. I'm BBS all over and let me just say I LOVE STRAIGHT RAZOR SHAVING!!!

Have a great Sunday Gentlemen!

Thanks

Glenn

A nice 3 pass BBS shave was a perfect way to wind down for the night.
HAPPY Birthday to Jack & Lilly!!!

Rest up Grant, I know how the kids parties can wear you out.

P.S. I really like the scales on your razor today, the black scales and the red wedge are a perfect match and I also like how the wedge is designed.

Default Sometimes you get really REALLY lucky...

MWF -- Omega 31025 -- Wade and Butcher 8/8 Hollow Ground -- Masters Bay Rum

This razor was a huge surprise. I took a total chance on it on Ebay and I was rewarded with something really special. It has almost no hone wear and the scales are almost perfect. I did nothing more than rub it down with some MAAS for 5 minutes and give it 20 minutes of Shapton Love. The results are tremendous. Sometimes the SAS motto really fits:
Who Dares Wins.

Holy Cats! Look at that Chopper! Well played indeed good Sir. That thing can double as a wood chopping tool or a home defense weapon.
