    Default Sunday Morning

Prep: Hot shower - followed by Lucky Tiger Molle’ brushless shave cream
    SS/SC: L’Occitane - Cade + L’Occitane - Cade = Superlather
Brush: Plisson faux Ebony - European White - Size 12
Strop: VB Red Latigo 50 fabric; 60 leather
    Razor: 5/8” #35 Beau Brummell
    Astringent: Dickinson’s Witch Hazel
    ASB: L’Occcitane - Cade
    EDT: L’Occitane
Result: Close, smooth, comfortable and fragrant shave…

I fell in love with L'Occitane - Cade from the moment my dampened brush touched the soap, which generated a copious amount of fragrant lather. Combined with the Cade cream, the resultant superlather was outstanding. And the delightful traditional Cade fragrance of the soap, cream, balm, and Eau de Toilette was to die for. I'll be using this combination of L'Occitane shaving products a lot more in the future.

Its been 3 days since my last shave, and man I was looking forward to this. I needed something that was up to the task and I knew the W&B would be a good choice. Nice slow guillotine strokes, the first pass was very satisfying. Got a little lazy on the 3rd pass and just did the cheeks and sideburns. Damn fine shave.

Had a visit from Mr. Stubbles today, but the week is starting off with some BEEEEEEAUTIFUL shaves!

Unfortunately, I don't have MAX custom, (yet) only one restored and re-scaled - and honed (!) - by Maximilian.

This was my first time to use C. O. Bigelow. I used is in uberlather with an old puck of C & E Sweet Almond Oil soap, which they don't make anymore. Not sure what soap I'll use when it runs out because B&BW doesn't make Bigelow in a soap. The cooling effect of the menthol was nice as our weather is beginning to warm up here in central Alabama.

    Enjoy the day gentlemen!
