    Brick Simple Saturday Shave

Prep: Hot Water Wash, Razor: The Swede, Brush: Semogue 1305, Cream: C.O. Bigelow, AS: Aqua Velva Classic

    Tunes:
YouTube - ‪Alison Krauss - When You Say Nothing At All‬‏

Not much to this shave but it was leisurely and completely effective. Three passes with tunes, no rush...beauty. So much for Swedish Week, next week it's all American. I'd say both of my Swedish razors are in fine trim.

A Visionary shave for sure. A big razor that delivers BBS with out much effort. 2 passes on the head and 3 passes on the face giving me that BBS feel all over. Bigger may be better, at least with a Vision.

Tabac rules ok! I really, really, like the Bronnley EdT. It falls into that camp! Either you love it or hate it. No sitting on the fence?

I have the matching soap on a rope hanging in the shower and it's the first thing you smell on entering........nice!

A very fine shave. This Swede sure do deliver. A pleasure to hone, and a treat to shave with.
I got this NOS, just had to give it a quick round on the hones and it was performing beautifully.
    And Ivory scales are beautiful

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

    Prep:Hot Shower & Pre-shave oil (coconut & lime)
    Scuttle:Dirty Bird Custom Double
Brush:TGN 24mm Silvertip Premium in Cherry
    Strop:SRD PIV English Bridle 30/60
    Cream:Calypso Bomb
    Razor: Barnes and Sons
After shave: Ogallala limes & peppercorns
    EDT: L'Occitane Vetyver

Result:I decided to make my own pre-shave oil today based off some of the threads I've read lately. The shave was amazing, not sure if the oil had anything to do with it or not, but it is fun to experiment with this type of stuff. 2 passes and BBS.
