Beautiful worked back TI Tom
Nice MaxGenco Otto
Thank you for the kind words Rum and a great shave with some top gear as always. A good shave before bed probably leads to great dreams.
Birnando,
Sounds like you guys have some fun stuff planned. I bet the kids are looking forward to that. A great shave to celebrate the moment too. Can't go wrong with that Shavemac/Livi combination...simply BIUUU-TI-FUUUUUL
Glenn,
Month end @ work? Don't freak me out buddy...I am not ready for time to fly this fast...June ends next Thursday. Nevertheless, a beautiful finish to the month. Ogallala rocks as does your Simmons.
PS: quick...hide those rocks. Tom will think it's a new form of Viagra or something, LOOOOOOL
Beautiful razor Mikael. Congratulations for it and the Midsummer's Holiday. Enjoy your island visit. Which island are you guys going to?
TOBS Eton College is a great shaving creme. Lovely scent
Beautiful choices Bill. They speak for themselves. Break a leg in court
So, you're saying she's more important than us, LOOOOOOOOOL? This brotherhood is truly a place of "sharing"...We are honored to have been there with (and for) you buddy.
Don't sweat glory...It's the feeling that you have inside that counts. Glory is having a family and friends that care. The rest is details. Just one Q: Will you ever pursue your Chef's dreams or will that go on hold?
Don't worry, I raise my glass with mineral water to you buddy. It's all good. My wife is sending you her heartfelt congratulations as well.
Gotta be a good shave Béla. Well done
Grant,
That's what I call "Shaving with a Bang". Beautiful execution buddy and congrats again.Last edited by BladeRunner001; 06-24-2011 at 01:19 PM.

Week of June 19 SOTD - Friday
I miss Blugill (Mark)/Nightbreed (Amund) Shave
Pre-Shave: Hot shower Brush: 22mm New Forest 2211 Silvertip Badger Razor: 6/8" Thiers-Issard Dos Festonné "Eagle", Full Hollow Ground, Spanish Point (w/Red Stamina scales) Strop: 40/55 laps (Torolf linen / SRD Premium IV leather) Überlather: L'Occitane "Cade" Crème à raser + L'Occitane "Cade" Savon à raser + Glycerin Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose Petal, no alcohol) Moisturizer: Trumper's Fragrance-free Moisturizer After Shave Splash: Flod Italian Amber AS After Shave Balm: L'Occitane "Cade" ASB Cologne: Martin de Candre "Eau de Limette" EdT Results: I don't know why, but this AM was quite the nostalgic morning for me...Amund and Mark were constantly on my mind. So, I dedicate this shave to their memories (I miss you brothers...RIP). I could have gotten away without a shave today, but I have a rather important meeting scheduled this AM, and didn't want to take any chances. So, decided to go Cade today with the TI Eagle. The über was exceptionally amazing today. I think spending some extra time on the lather really took this to the next level...and I was extremely happy . The TI was equally satisfied with the glide the über provided. She effortlessly swept the whiskers from yesterday, as if friction was an unknown concept of physics. Beautifully CBS and irritation free. I have a feeling that today is going to be a great day.
******************************
Have an EXCEPTIONAL Friday.

Glenn, I am not currently in the job market, I was referring to the possibility of my meeting with Bill next week in DC. I'll always take a bit of luck, so thank you.
Your postings this week are personally responsible for my renewed RAD and quest for of a fancy spine TI.
As always, nice shave gear. Good luck on your feet today.
Nice sentiments Robert. It says much about those two men that they continue to be in yours/our thoughts. It also speaks volumes about the group of people who frequent this website. I am truly grateful to be part of a group such as this.

Good evening Gentlemen!
Shave prep: Face wash, bergamot shave oil
Brush: Omega boar # 81052
Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn Sandalwood
Razor: Unknown - can't make out the very vague stamp. All that can be safely identified is "335 NON". 5/8 hollow ground, round point. I believe this started it's life as a 6/8 some time ago, although spine wear is only about 1mm. All in all, it's a mystery.
Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Lavender spice, house blend
Notes: First rate BBS, was more than acceptable after first pass but the shave was so nice I had another just for laughs. What a way to start the weekend.
Have a brilliant weekend guys!

I found this razor in the mail today ...... Bought from Harvitz.
And it was not a coincidence that I have three days had not shaved.
So, as tested, resulting in a smooth head and face, I can say this razor is OK. (Thanks Joe)
Combined with the delicious smell of the Wood soap, razor and shave a great start to my weekend.
A nice weekend everyone.
Pre Shave: Face Wash
Brush: FS Silvertip.
Razor: 6 / 8 Novelty Cutlery& Co.
Soap: Mama Bear_ Wood
Aftershave: Nature

Stunning Photo Mikael! I stared at this one for a good while. This one is frame worthy!
We use fiscal months whereby the last Friday in a Calendar month is the last day of the month. This schedule leads to every third month having 5 weeks (giving accounting time to prepare quarterly statments). It's weird to get used to because technically, I'll be in fiscal July starting tomorrow, even though the calendar says June...confused yet?

Amen brother and thank you
Monroe,
If you Gotta shave, you Gotta do it right. Well done
Sten,
Mystery or not, she's a beauty and that's all that matters. Sometimes, that makes it even more intriguing. I heard that C&E Sandalwood is a wonderful scent...true?
Great closeup Tim...Nice razor. The BH is a wonderful (yet underrated) soap. Intoxicating scent for sure.
Congrats on this acquisition Kalerolf. She's a beautiful razor indeed. Joe is a fabulous guy to deal with too (so it's a double plus). Mama Bear soaps rock too
All that's lacking is Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose". Beautiful job
Hmmmmh. I can even smell it from all the way in Los Angeles. Fabulously done Paul. Congrats on joining the MdC addicts club, LOL
Glad you enjoyed your time Mikael
FAN-TAS-TIC Teiste
Yeap...confused for sure. I know finance guys use this kind of mumbo jumbo to complicate the heck of an otherwise simple system, LOOOOL. Glad that you could at least find your way home after that, LOOOOOL
Whaaaaaaat???!! Well, at least it was a Vintage shave. Well done Julian.
If I knew the history behind the SSA, I would have spent a longer time honing her up. Can't believe that you could make those out as being your GGF's.
I think I recently spotted the Novodur...he was chasing after that EPBD that went for $1,200, which in turn was camouflaging herself as that $100K razor you had a link to, LOOOOOL.
Women...can't live with 'em and can't kill 'em (who said that?), LOOOOOL
You're welcome Rene. Pleasure was all mine. I am still not very happy with the heel area, but it is what it is.
Beautiful SOTD Frank. I like the "Elephant touch".
Oh great Julian...now, I am expandable? LOOOOOL. The good ol' "Will do until the next best thing comes along" philosophy, eh, LOOOOOOL.
Thanks for the Somerset minireview buddy. What about backbone? is she a stiff or floppy or somewhere in between?
Sounds like a perfect shave Dunc.
