Thumbs up Sun June 19th - Sat June 25th

    .
    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
    Razor: Palmera 14
    Brush: Simpson PJ 3
    Soap: Irisch Moos
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel
    ASB: Nivea Extra Sensitive
    EDT: Habit Rouge Guerlain
Summary: It's been a hectic week around the house so I was looking forward for my SOTD. It's the only time I can actually enjoy total zen and silence around me. Picked my Palmera 14 for today's occasion and grabbed the refreshing Irisch Moos from my cabinet. All the stars were aligned as I had an exceptional BBS shave. I ended the shave with a pitcher of frozen Margaritas.
Time sure flies. Can't believe we're moving towards July. Gents, enjoy the new week and happy fathers day!

    Feather AS-D1
    Feather Blade
    Vulfix Persian Musk
    Alum Block
St James Cedarwood & Clarysage Cologne
St James Mandarin & Patchouli gel balm

Talk about form and function, this Feather DE razor is probably without equal, I absolutely love it, typical shitty rainy staturday morning mid june in Wales when they named Wales the land of song and poets, they forgot to say also the land of rain, Why wasn't I born in Monaco, I know I would do a better job than prince Albert, Anyway as far as the shave goes it was first class very good without complaint, I would also like to say what a great little brush the New Forest Tubby 1 as turned out to be, so a pat on the back for Peter well done.

Again I used a Feather in the new open comb by Muehle.
Yes, you should be careful...it is hard-core-shaving.

This one just had a trip to the hones as it wasnt quite up to scratch when I shaved with it last week. I gave it 60 on the Coti and 60 on the Thuringian in the photo.
Much better. 3 passes and a serious Catfish Belly Smooth.
Nice way to kick back on Sunday night.
Have a great week gentlemen. As always thanks for all the great posts and pics

    Sunday - Fathers Day

Gold Dollar 208 [fixed] - NF 2213 Chunky - Vulfix Old Original English Rose Cream - Alum - Givenchy Gentleman AS

The cream was a Fathers day gift, so its my 1st use, I was told Vulfix creams were on a par with the 3 T's. I am pleased to say that it didn't disappoint either in performance or fragrance and with 225ml in the pot its great VFM too
    Regards
    Nic
