    Father's Day Shave.

    Hot shower
    Warm Oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    New Forest Badger
Nancy Boy Shave Cream with a bit of glycerin
    SRD P1 100 Laps Leather
    13/16 French Point Maxterpiece.
    Aramis After Shave Balm
    Aramis After Shave
    Aramis Cologne
    Vaseline for Men

What can I say about this shave. I could have stopped after one pass, certainly two. I was enjoying myself so I did three. So nice!!!

My only wish is that my photography would do Max's razor some justice.

    Enjoy your day.

    Bela,

What? No Fathers' Day in Hungary? Now that's blasphemy...

You ought to become a member of the Hungarian legislative body to create one.

I bet that doing so would make you so popular, that you could become the next Hungarian Head of State.

Goodday Gentlemen, a great Father's Day.
I had to shave today, I had not done it already two days. (quite a long time for a shave addict hahaha.)
After a nice hot shower began the ritual.
    Pre shave: shower
Strop: 20 cotton and 60 leather.
    Brush: FS fine badger
Cream: Saint Charles, smoke and beard
    Razor: Imperial 6 / 8
    Aftershave :Nature
Result: one small cut (my own fault, too casual with the tip of the razor ) further a smooth shave at the end.

Great Paul...I don't feel that guilty anymore. But I must make the distinction clear here. There are two types:

    • Maxtoms (Max Custom razors)
    • Maxterpieces (Max rescales/restores,...)

Here is my smallest boy, Balazs (11) and his puppy Pamacs (Brush) just don't know about this:
    Béla,
Your son Balazs is so precious my friend. He and Pamacs seem to have developed a very strong bond together. I don't know why they don't honor fathers in Hungary, but buddy, in this forum you deserve one of the highest praises a father can get. So, my hat's off to you (and all the fathers in this forum, and the Hungarian forum, and the Spanish forum, and...) and wish you a very HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

What a perfect (and fitting) choice Jeff. I love that blade. Your photo is perfectly fine, but since you are worried about it, I took the liberty of borrowing a couple of shots of your blade from Max' site and posting it here (Max: hope you don't mind brother)

What an "Imperial" shave. Sure enough fit for a King (minus the nick of course, LOL). Well done Kalerolf
