Oh my! It's amazing how much damage can be inflicted by a "little" wind off the west coast of Africa that gets a running start in the South Atlantic and finally makes landfall in the Caribbean and the eastern seaboard of the U. S.
Glad to hear that you are safe and well, though. Hope that they can restore power to your area soon."Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." Mark Twain

Thursday 1:30am Gold Dollar 208 Home made Boar and Walnut brush Palmolive soap, grated into a ramekin Alum Home made Herby Rum Aftershave A thrifty shave this morning! A mix of home made and cheap products. The GD received a slight sweetening of the edge on a home made balsa crox strop before stropping on my home made denim hanging and home made paddle strops. The result was great and quite satisfying! Now all I have to do is build a forge and soap factory and it could be a 100% Jeltz made shave! Regards
Nic

Rune,
I hope tomorrow will be an easier day for you. Sounds like you're buried at work.
Talk about tempting fate and laughing in ts face, LOOOOL. I guess some people never learn, LOOOOL
Very nice Teiste...I love your photos and compositions. Very professional
Paul,
Sorry about the trouble with Tabac...I, for one, love the scent. And once you get this soap right (which shouldn't be), you'll be reaping the rewards buddy. Trust me. it's that good. Great KT btw. Love that frameback.
+1
Very nicely done Nic...Can't wait for your factory to go live buddy ;-)
PS: how do you like the shave from the GD?
Beautiful gear Glenn,
Did you make the handles on the brush? I love it
Great choice of soap EA. Love the rice bowl (I think). Enjoy your weekend my friend

Just one pass
Prep: Hot shower with olive oil hair conditioner
Brush: Tweezerman
Cream: TOBS Rose
Mug: 20 oz white coffee
Razor: Brian Brown Western "Kamisori"
Post Shave: Clubman aftershave lotion
Strop: 2.5" Walking Horse English Bridal 20 on leather after the shave
Sorry about the quality of the pic, I'm still trying to learn what the heck I'm doing with a camera. Got this razor out of the mailbox today and have been waiting since about 12:30 to give it a go. Only did one pass since it's a little different handling then a regular str8 but I don't think it'll take too long to get used to. I'm extremely happy with what Mr. Brown came up with and honestly can't thank or recommend him enough. Also a big thanks to Gerrit for getting Brian and I in contact.
