    Sorry i have been very busy visiting my friend. Who 2 weeks ago was given 3-4 months to live. Boy were they wrong. I recieved a call today from his brother telling me that it looks like the end is near. His body shut down, has not eaten in a week and a half. Now they cant give him water. Its a waiting game for death.

    I shaved this am but did not have time to post. This was the best shave i have recieved from and old W&B 2 passes to BBS. I was pleased.

    Sorry to bring such a sad note to the SOTD. I love all your post.

    Sorry to hear that Nick. I got the same news today. My bud was just put in Hospice and taken off Chemo as it isn't working. Can't eat and is in constant pain. Down to 128Lbs....

    Oh man i am so sorry. It is a rough thing to watch happen to a friend. If they cant eat and they dont do an iv its because the body cant and wont absorbe the nutrient. Over loads the body. Causes more problems. Im sorry. Your friend and you will be in my prayers

    we are both critical care nurses. It sucks when you know to much. He is really in a bad place emotionally. Can't say I wouldn't be also. I'll pray for you both also.

    Nick and Paul, wow hard times for both of you. You will both be in our thoughts. Brings back my father's passing a few years ago, he suffered cancer to the esophagus. He was a big strong guy, then in 3 months he dwindled so much he needed support to walk across the floor. You will both be in our prayers.
