Two days growth wiped out in two pass shave, minor touch up, still keeping the small goatee, dont know what it is lately but I cannot win a single straight razor on the bay, even though the ones i'm looking at, need some work they seem to be going for way above what they are worth, well the people buying them must start to slow up before long, allowing poor me to get hold of a few

    Default Tuesday morning

    Pre-Shave: A warm shower.
Brush: Simpson persian jar 2, Super Badger
    Razor: Otto Deutsch's Hans. 6/8
Honing Regimen: Chosera 1-5-10K, Y/G Escher with slurry, finished off on a Nakayama Maruka with a light, hazy Tomonagura
Strop: Kanayama #90000, tri strop Cordovan shell.
    Soap/Cream: Acqua di Parma Colonia
    Scuttle:Schwarzweisskeramik, Large White
Astringent: Osma Alum, Thayers Super Hazel
After shave Balm: Acqua di Parma Colonia
    EdT: Acqua di Parma Colonia
Results: A fine shave in the AM. I love the AdP products. Very nice performance, and great scent too. The Deutsch razor performs well, a 6/8 Solingen is usually not my cup of tea, but in honesty, there was nothing wrong with the performance on this one
