.
Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W Razor: Scharff, Kober & Co. Brush: Simpson Chubby 2 - 2 band Soap: Penhaligon's English Fern Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel AS: Booster Mosswood EDT: Habit Rouge Guerlain Summary: Yowza, what a fine shave that was. From the exquisite, intense scent of English Fern, which is the vintage version, the flawless whisker cutting razor to the grand finale of my favorite Habit Rouge de Guerlain vintage edition. Those are the moments I cherish the most when shaving. When all the stars are aligned and everything just falls into place. This Sunday marks the ten-year anniversary of the attacks of 09/11/01. Let's not forget all the people that lost their lives in the attack and the ones from trying to save them. Enjoy the new week Gents.

Thanked: 1072My deepest sympathies for the many effected by the events of 9/11/01, and my sincerest thanks for all those who assisted on that day and since, with its aftermath.
Location: Coffs Harbour AustraliaHope you all have a great week, thanks in advance for the great posts and pics.
Strop: Osgar Vintage Shell Horse
Brush: Premium A Silvertip Badger in Cocobolo
Soap: Tabac
Razor: Vost 6/8 (Sheffield), Pa's Gem for Head-Shave
Astringent: Thayer's Witch Hazel
Balm: C.O. Bigelow Mentha
A/S: Wahl Bay Rum
This Vost razor was a gift from Oz (Onimaru55) at the Sydney get together last weekend and this was my first shave with it.
No great surprise, Oz had put a superb edge on it. 2 passes for a very comfortable BBS.
As I mentioned last week, I almost never get a 2 pass BBS, but have done so twice in the last week with 2 different razors honed by Oz. The man is good on the stones.
