Great Shave to start out another Monday morning that came way too soon. Luckily, this is a short week for me, I'm taking Thursday and Friday off.

A bit under the weather today, so...
No Shave!
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Monday mornings can be OK, especially when you have the day off!
It is a good feeling standing in front of the shaving den and have a few things of everything to select from. Today I clearly saw a blink in 130 year old steel that wanted attention. This razor, a Wade and Butcher 5/8 is one of the finest gift I ever received, Bob, LZ6 sent it to me, a stranger, last year, fantastic.
This blade is so sharp and at the same time easy to shave with. Never a cut with this one if you give it a little attention, and that is rule No. 1 when shaving with a straight razor imho.
Quite little blade, so big brush it is. Simpson Chubby 3 in Super with a 33 mm knot this Monday. If you give this brush enough product (today TOBS Lavender cream), you can shave for the rest of the week starting Monday. But it is a luxury feeling using such a large brush and giving your skin huge amounts of the finest lather.
After my usual 3 passes, true baby butt face! Finished with Musgo Real aftershave balm, priceworthy but classic.
May you all have a fine Monday and a great week, and thank`s to all posting fantastic pictures and stories in this thread.
