What a gorgeous shave to commemorate this National holiday. It's too bad that the revolution was fleeting and Soviet forces moved in to crush the opposition a short time after it began. But freedom eventually prevails.

It's so good seeing you post again brother. I love your gear, but what I missed most besides you and your posts, is your AS splashes. This one sounds heavenly my friend. What kind of Sandalwood did you use? Can you post that link you had again on the making of such splashes (I can't seem to find it) and it was very educational.

I decided to try the Fitjar with my new Thater 2 band and it was even better than the first time I used it. I've decided I really like this scent with it's woodsy aroma and this stuff really performs. The 8/8 Henckels really did the job on the whiskers and the results are nothing short of remarkable. One of my best shaves ever.

Nice combo Jack, but this is not the same Thater in SRD's group buy, is it? I don't think those have been received by Max yet

The word of the day for my shave is SMOOTH... I am going Japanese this week for my personal shaves, saw Earthdawn's SOTD yesterday and it got me motivated.. Started the week off with my Iwasaki...

No, I bought this from SRD recently. It is much better than I thought it would be. Soft, lots of backbone and it holds water like crazy. I ordered it and received it in just a couple of days. One of my better purchases.
