Post Week of November 13 SOTD - Sunday

    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
Brush: 30mm Morris & Forndran Blonde Badger
Maxterpiece: 7/8" Wade & Butcher "Celebrated Hollow Ground", Full Hollow Ground, Barber's Notch (w/ Forest Green G10 scales + Grey wedge)
Honing Regimen: Shapton Pros 1k, 2k, 5k, 12k, finished on my Nakayama Kiita/Asagi Hybrid JNat w/ tomonagura slurry
Strop: 0/10 laps (Ambrose Horsehide Clàsico leather)
Soapreme: Jack Black "Macademia/Soy" Shave Creme + D.R. Harris "Arlington" Shave Soap + Glycerin
Toner: Thayer's Witch Hazel (Rose, no alcohol)
Moisturizer: D.R. Harris "Arlington" AS milk
After Shave Splash: D.R. Harris "Arlington" AS
Results: Sorry for being incognito for some time fellas. I am "kinda" back. One of a series of grants has been successfully submitted. Now, we cross our fingers for (hopefully) positive reviews in the March/April time frame. In the meantime, I had recently acquired two other W&Bs from eBay and sent them to Max for a total makeover. One of them is featured here today. Max dressed her in beautiful Forest Green G10 scales and gave her a nice mirror polish . Honing and finishing her up on the Shaptons & Kiita/Asagi JNat was a breeze...and popping hairs has never been this much fun . Decided to couple this beauty with the Arlington and my M&F. I really LOOOOVED the relaxing shave today.

    Have a SPLENDID Sunday gentlemen.
