That is one of the many arenas that we make sure to get rid of that NISSE syndrome, the Norwegian inherited stiffness syndrome.
Meaning, 85% of the attendees remembers absolutely nada
LOL, fortunatly I've been to enough of these to have learned to drink just enough to loose the NISSE syndrome and still be able to get something out of the next day, although with just 4 hrs of sleep last night I'm kinda tired today

Well thanks a lot mate, now you've gone and bursted my little happy-bubble with that Tridur of yours..
Here I was thinking I was all set when it comes to EPBD's, but nah, apparently my collection of those are incomplete. Incomplete I tell ya!!

Thanks for all the likes guys! It's my only shave right now, but I suspect that I will soon be acquiring more gear and more products as I go.

And even though I've set up my gear on my mini bar for the photo, I generally do not shave there. I need to have a clear head when I have a razor to my face! The drinks are for later!

    Cheers
    Andrew

    Saturday

My first birthday shave on straightrazorplace.com. Today I am officially a ‘senior’ (50 today). How depressing.
Off to a local winery for some tasting, I believe and then lunch somewhere with the family. It’s a lovely, sunny, Autumn day, with a prediction of 28 degrees C. The leaves on the trees are starting to colour and the cold night are making me think about stocking some firewood…

The shave (I often tend to go on about anything other than the shave) was quite nice. It does amaze me how much lather can be whipped up on the face with the Arko stick after rubbing it on the face for no more than 15 seconds. It doesn’t (for me) create a great lather (like O Melhor for instance) but it’s quite adequate for a DE shave.

(A recycled photo, 'cause that's what old people do, they recycle stuff. My parents even recycle bottle caps...)

    Razor: Mühle R 89
    Blade: Astra
Pre Shave: Sukin Facial Moisturiser Cream
    Shave Stick: Arko
    After Shave: Floïd

Oh I HATE those sort of exercises. We did one once where you put a big piece of paper on your back, and everyone gets a Texta (majic marker) and you walk around the room and people write compliments on the paper on your back.

Now, I must admit I don't know that I've ever met a Norwegian, but I thought they were rather frolicly people, always running around spruce forests in incredibly white clothes, sailing vintage sailing boats, smiling a lot...Painting their houses red and blue and yellow...

    carlmaloschneider,

    Happy birthday my man!

Believe me, the half century mark is not old at all. It's only the beginning.
