I have been doing some honing lately. 8 razors. So i will be test shaving for a while. This razor is from a 7 day set a scored on ebay. Shocked i won it but VERY glad. Ivory handles on 5 of them. I honed this up to nanawa 12k. Fig i would test it the decide where to go from there. Holy Crap! One pass and BBS. Only a 2 remote spots you feel against the grain.

    Joe,
Glad the girl did not get seriously injured. I just wanted to give you some insight on what the officer was thinking. First, eyewitness accounts/testimony/statements is generally inaccurate. This is multiplied by the fact that you did not actually see anything, rather heard it. The trooper, having some training and experience, but most likely no expert, is going to examine the physical evidence and rely on that.
Have any other questions, send me a PM.

Pre Shave: Good old soaking in the shower
    Brush: New Forest 1901
    Soap: Nanny's Ice & A Slice
Razor: Le Grelot 6/8 Rosewood Scales
    Strop: Neil Miller Basic
Aftershave: 3P Pre & Post, Trumper's Lime A/S and a dash of Eau Savage
    Result: Clean and satisfying

Getting better! Two passes on two day's growth using left and right hands with the smallest of DE clean ups. As the Summer has finally decided to emerge over Blighty, I went for a lime and menthol feel. Felt fresh for a whole half an hour in the muggy London heat, but still very pleased with the shave though.

The other half bought us a new mirror for the bathroom yesterday and she put it up this morning as I had the day off. Into the bathroom I stalked a little later, one man and his blade ready to perform the manliest of manly shaving routines....The mirror she'd bought? A large bright pink framed monster with the word "princess" in curvy writing engraved over the top of mirror. If you felt a primeval scream echo through your soul today at some point, that would've been the sound of my emasculation making it's way through our group consciousness.

It's a really good mirror though.

    Warm Shower, Stephan's, warm oil
    Dirty Bird Scuttle
    Custom Badger by Tim
    Razorock Shave cream
Red Imp, 133, 5/8, Full Hollow
    Naniwa 1K,3K,5K,8K,12K, Crox, Strop
    Razorock Aluminum
    Pinaud Bay Rum
    Vaseline for men

When I got the Red Imp it was NOS in the original package, factory edge. I shaved with it a few times but the edge was rough. I finally felt comfortable enough to put an edge on it. I surprised myself with a nice edge.
