Not with photos like that, Scott, you're not. It's about your experience and the chit-chat too :-) At least it is for me...

    Monday

Bit of a funny shave this morning. I think I’ve lost my shaving mojo. Sort of went through the motions instead of making it the special thing it is. My 21 year old son, who I introduced to straight razors; and gave a razor to, wants to use just one razor (the one I gave him) for the rest of his life. An admirable goal, I’ll give him that; but boring. I think one more razor may reinvigorate my shaving mojo, and maybe a new strop; and of course some new aftershaves. It’s tax return time, and anything is possible. An Edwardian wash stand or shaving stand is imminent.

The Mike’s Natural Soap Eucalyptus and Lemongrass sample was excellent. I like the scent MUCH better than the Pine and Cedarwood scent. I’ll definitely get that one! The Trafalgar aftershave matched perfectly the citrusy soap. This is a really good match for summer or spring. Great match.

    Have a Great Monday Gents!

On a side note, hug your babies! I was surfing e-bay yesterday and heard a loud bang, looked out the window and saw a pickup truck swerve off the road and clip a sign, cross back over the road and went into the ditch. Rolled over and ended up on it's wheels. I jumped up and ran out and down the road ( about a quarter mile) by the time I got there, the driver was out and considering the severity of the wreck, relatively unscathed. Turns out it was a friend of the families daughter, thank God she will be OK. I live in the country and all the neighbors came out, one is a nurse so she took good care of the girl until the ambulance showed up. The highway patrol shows up and he was polite and professional, but said the tire didn't blow out until after the sign got hit...my brother was on the front porch and said the same thing I did. He heard two distinct sounds. First a loud bang (the tire blowout) then a slap ( the sign). The officer didn't believe either one of us and cited the girl. Guess he knows better, because we were just stupid eyewitnesses... Sorry for getting off track, but it makes you realize how short life is. Tell the people you care about that you're thinking of them, you may not get another chance.
    Regards,
    Joe
