What a stunning series of SOTDs you guys put together today. Well done gentlemen. Keep pushing the bar
Today, the wife and I had an early meeting in Irvine. So rather than rush through the ritual, I decided to give the face a break.
Cheerio,

Tonight's escape from reality:
Razors: 6/8 Puma 'My Darling', 13/16 Pumeto #28X Silver Steel Solingen
Brush: 24mm Silvertip in Honey Locust
Soap: RazoRock Artisan 'Boston Tea Party'
post: Lucky Tiger
AS: English Leather
EdC: English Leather
It was a great shave. I had to pull these two out and swap for what I'd been using for the last few weeks. I wasn't sure about the edge on the Puma, been a while since I used her, but I just finished the Pumeto a few weeks ago, so I know there's only been one shave put on it since it was finished.
I ran the Puma for pass 1 and was pleased as could be. It was very smooth and nice edge. Now I remember why I loved this razor so much I put it away for a while. The Pumeto is a great shaver, I knew the edge on it was sweet, and it didn't disappoint on pass 2.
No pass 3 was needed. Clean up is always fun, love the alum block, and Lucky Tiger witch hazel is always welcome on your face. English leather AS and Cologne just let that mellow scent linger for hours. Very enjoyable!!
Have a great Thursday!!

Well i gave the Dubl Duck it's first ever honing yesterday then 50 on my bench paddle strop with a little chromium oxide 50 on the linen and 100 on the leather, she gave out a lovely smooth shave, not unsimilar to my other German square point the Maxotte razor, but it as a very unforgiving point on both those razors which i'm more than aware of.
