Thumbs up Sun September 16th - Sat September 23rd

    Location: 36° 0'5"N - 115° 15' 21"W
Razor: Wade and Butcher "The Celebrated"

    Soap: La Toja Manantiales
    Astringent: Thayers Witch Hazel

My pride and joy, the W&b "The Celebrated Extra Hollow". It's such a fine specimen. Always performs, never disappoints. Another gorgeous summer day ending with a super-duper bbs shave. Gotta love those moments when everything just falls in place.

    Enjoy the new week.

Razor: Lewis 6/8 one-piece, symmetrical grind
    Soap: Palmolive
    Brush: Vie Long Silvertip, 24mm
    A/S: L'Oréal

I won this razor in the Charlie Lewis competition. The short edge makes is very easy to use in any direction with either hand and the steel 'rope' around the handle is totally non-slip. The box is also in Charlie's trademark 'rustic' style but it's precision cut inside to ensure the blade edge can't touch the wood (there's detail for ya!). And the razor's v-e-r-y sharp, BBS all the way!

I wish I could get a shot of me at my stand. My camera may have a timer but it has horrid resolution.

Shaving with facial hair is like a golfcourse. It's a challenge of rough and fairways. You are the skilled greenskeeper of your face?

Carl - I have obviously never been there, but your den is quickly becoming one of my favourite places!

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
