    Prep: Hot shower
Brush: Neep/Pensoftheforest extra silvertip 26 mm in Masur Birtch handle
Razor: Bengall by T R Cadman
    Cream: Simpson
    AS: Aqua Velva by Williams
    Edt: Penhaligon's Castile
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very, very clean

Nice near wedge blade, "found" it in a box I had packed this summer (I honed and sanded this one and a couple of others back in July), but had forgotten about them, so I got 6 "new" razors the other day

    Default Thursday

This morning's shave was a relaxed one; two light passes and a comfortable result. Nice.

    THURSDAY
    Hot shower prep
Razor: Gem Covered “G bar” ~1950’s
Blade: Bulk Pack GEM coated industrials’
    Soap:“ROSE of BULGARIA”
    Mug: Face Lathered
    Brush: NOS HESS #2
    Aftershock: none
Splash: NOS HESS "Rose Face Lotion"
What a shave and face pampering! The little Gem was well on its way to a BBS by the end of the WTG. An XTG finished the job! The shave cream is going to be a long time member of my rotational whims; both because of its aroma and..it only takes a tiny bit to give billowing, dense, moist lather. The rest of the team, as always, played nice together!

The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!

Wow, it amazes me when people have so many razors they forget about them. I hope to be like that one day. Go rummaging through a box and find a shaver.

    SOTD

Basically, a repeat of the Invicta, MWF and Witch Hazel. I also dabbed on on a little Clubman as a post post treatment. The smell is great at 6 am. I know I am late posting this but no time in the morning. Students are ganging up on me. I am forgetful. They are forgetful. But the syllabus does not lie. They seem to forget about the syllabus. Sometimes they imagine the syllabus as different. I guess it just likes to magically change. Anyway, not bad for an early morning shave, smooth and comfortable. Though I had some difficulties with my chin this morning. Peace and Love.

    Pre: Hot Shower
    Soap: I Coloniali
    Brush: Generic Silvertip
    Scuttle: SWK XL
    Razor: W&B c.a. 1870 Max Sprecher Restore
    Astringent: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    AS: Krampert's Finest Bay Rum
    Cologne: Gucci Intense
    Result: CCS

Fantastic shave this morning. Rotated back to the I Coloniali. Took me a LONG time to warm up to this soap, but now is part of my regular rotation. Received it this Summer, but thought it was awful "spicy," but found it paired well with the Gucci cologne. I just received the Krampert's, and really like it. Not too strong. It too matched well with the I Coloniali. The W&B is just an absolute pleasure to use. Max did this razor in honor of my 5 y/o daughter who's favorite color is pink. The scales may be pink, but this is definitely a man's razor. It's a "big ol' chopper," nearly 8/8. Just a wonderful experience. I hope everyone has a great day!
