The Cocodrilo brand is thought to be from Ferdinand Herberz in Solingen. He produced different brands, among which Palmera, Cocodrilo, Barcelona, El Plumero, etc. These were probably destined for the Spanish market. The box is in spanish, and I bought this razor NOS from a guy in Spain.

The blade is the best of any #14 I have shaved with. It is on par (if not better than) with my Filarmonica 14's and the Henckels 14 that i have. Very nice "singing" blade and every shave is a delight.

Thanked: 3It looks sweet! I just bought a couple of Palmeras from eBay myself. I'm looking forward to shaving with them. One of the Spanish razors I've been on the lookout for is Iberia. I assume it's on par with Filly, and other Spanish steel blades. If you have a guy in Spain looking to sell more 14s, PM me!

Rune, it's good to see you back, and to know you're doing well. Enjoy the evening with SWMBO while we all enjoy that picture you posted!
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
