Captain's Choice Cat 'O Nine Tails on the neck. "Feel the Burn" except...I really didn't feel the burn.
Go figure. Everyone's skin is different. But man does this stuff smell good and I think they put 'cloves' in it. But I've read the regular Captain's Choice Bay Rum is 'hold the cloves'.
