lotse, wonderful composition as usual, plenty of light on the blade and the light behind helps pull the viewers eye to the blade also.

Diolch, i have heard of that digital stuff, cds and the like. Soon down here we gonna get this thing called elecetrisity, and rumour has it you just turn a switch and the whole house lights up like the sun, and i won't have to wind up that dang gramophone no more, but i will believe it when i see it, sounds like the work of the devil to me. Seriously, i wish i could take a photo half that good.

SWMBO gave me a pass on the closeness, heading out for dinner, so added a bit of fragrance as icing on the cake

    Strop: Illinois 835
    Brush: Frank's Fine Badger
    Cream: Tabac
    Razor: Invicta Coronett 6/8
    Astringent: Thayer's
    Balm: Nivea
    A/S: Aqua Velva Ice Blue
Tonight's shave was a great way to finish off Easter Sunday.
I usually use the Tabac cream to Uber with the soap, but tonight I tried the cream on its own.
The lather wasn't as good as I normally get with the Uber or just the soap, but I'm sure it was just user error.
Still a fantastic 2 pass shave, Invicta's are hard to beat.
