Wow. Did a LOT of strokes on the Shapton 16k, concentrating on the toe. The result was amazing. I think Swedish razors with the harder steel REALLY like my Shapton16k. The edge was beautifully smooth. This was a Sunday afternoon bedroom shaving stand shave, with Brazilian lounge music and a glass of Cabernet Shiraz…

I haven't used this razor for a while and wasn't sure how the edge was.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the edge was superb.
