Yep, it's a Bengall. It's one of the bigger ones that I've seen. My mother likes to browse antique shops, and she knows about my "hobby" (obsession) and she showed up with it one day, asking "is this blade anything you'd use?" The scales are olivewood with a nickel silver inlay.
