    I'm a big fan of both this razor and soap, so today's shave was a winner.

    Gillette Toggle razor F4 1960 on "7"- Mitchell's Wool Fat - Custom Silvertip Badger brush - cold water splash - all Verveine shower - Penhaligon's Eau de Verveine


    Today my oldest daughter goes for her first communion in church. Coincidentally it's the 12th anniversary of our wedding.
    I'd say a little decadence was allowed today.

    Superlather: Dr Harris Almond + Proraso
    AS: Old Spice, Fresh Lime
    Edt: Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet
    Strops: Neil Miller
    Result: Very clean

    Okay, so I thought a touch up on a lv 5 Japanese stone would lift the edge, but it didn't, bit of a shabby shave actually and I needed to do some touch ups I don't normally do. So back to Shapton 16 k and after that some toning down ...


    ... and the garden looks very nice this time of the year, I don't know what this flower is, but it turned out nice as a pic, I think:
