I agree with my friend Ben. The Joris will serve you well. It is not only an aggressive razor, it also is a work of art. At one time I owned a seven-day set. I no longer have it. The iKon standard and open comb are also good options, yes. Then there is the Muhle R41. I consider it a mean razors, although many like it. For me, the best modern shaver is the Weber. It's not as aggressive as the Cobra or the other razors noted here, but it's a pleasure to use. You might want to give that a try, too.

If you like staights and the cobra. You should get a single edge like a GEM or Star lather catcher. If it must be a DE then R41 would be my recommendation.
