On top of the quality, you have 3 handle options and 8 head options safety bar mild, regular and agressive, open comb mild regualr and agressive and now slant in safety bar and open comb. In addition to all that, if you are not 100% happy, the owner will let you swap handles/heads for FREE or offer a no questions asked full refund. You can't beat that kind of customer service.

I have the seven piece set and it's all top notch machined SS. A razor you can hand down to a family member someday. With the thirty day money back guarantee you can't lose.

Gentlemen,
I have owned all the three Atlas H1, R1 and M1 Above the Tie razors and found the fit and finish impeccable and the shave superb. Of the three, the M1, the mildest shaver of the three, was my preferred. Even so, the M1 razor is a notch or two more aggressive the the Edwin Jagger and Muhle razors, and a wee more than the Weber. They are pricey, yes, but you can't beat the quality.

Ok ATT against the feather?

The feather is a fine razor but from reviews it's a mild shaving razor. With the ATT system you can get all the plates and dial in your comfort zone. Stan the owner of ATT will allow you to trade plates for a period of thirty days. I believe the thirty day return policy is only good if your purchase the razor directly from his website.
You can also just purchase the razor and one base plate and swap it out if you don't like the quality of your shave. Milder to more aggressive
