I haven't used any DE but my 34G in over 2 years. While I prefer Astra SP in it, I still rotate Merkur (yes, I'm probably in the minority ) and Personna Red blades in my 34. My son-in-law, however, will not use any blade but Feathers in his 34c. Maybe it's an age thing as I prefer a milder blade and he prefers sharper.

Thanked: 4So far, the Astra blades have been the best blade for me hands hand although I have only tried three blades so far. i keep hearing great things about the Reds so I am definitely going to grab a pack and try those out. The GIllette silver blue hands down have been the worst of the bunch for me. Majof razor burn and actually made me bleed.

Thanked: 12When I use one of my DE Razors, either my Weber or my Above the Tie Razor, I always use Wilkinson Sword DE/SS Razor Blades. If I don't have a Wilkinson Razor Blades I use only Astra SP/DE. Since I have been having many problems with my hands going numb I am using a Cart Type Razor. I am using a Gillette Fusion Flex Ball Razor. Also I have been lurking here lately, and I haven't shaved for several days. But I will be shaving in a couple of days because I need to take SWMbO out to dinner on our anniversary.
