The GEM stainless blades that you can buy in the US at places like Walgreens are, as far as I know, the same Personna-made blades as the Pella's, except without the PTFE coating. I have tried both and don't find as much difference as most people do. I can get along with the un-coated ones just fine and you can get them in a dispenser of ten. Of couse, as in all things razor blade related, YMMV. I have also tried the carbon steel blades. The shave is nice, but you do have to remove them from your razor and dry them after each use or they will rust quickly.

Walmart has them for 6.82 free shipping. I checked to make sure Canada has walmarts first. I tried to find a pharmacy that had inventory online in thunder bay, to no avail. I can't believe you don't have CVS in ontario it just goes to show that nothing is ubiquitous. except walmart apparently.

Thanked: 3226No, Wally World does not have them here or any other location I have been to in Canada. For new SE blades it really is basically mail order from out of country. We are also the trial location for Wally World refusing to accept VISA credit cards in Canada. Nothing funnier that watching Wally World and VISA trying to beat each other down.
