Well, that makes just have to tell this true story. You see in the old days (and I mean old) I was working my way across Rome and I just happened to get a job shaving Caligula. It was just a small cut really but he threw his razor stand at me and I grabbed it and ran. It was storied and I sold it for a mint and bought my way into the senate. I warned Caligula not to make Incitatus (his horse) a senator. The nobles would never stand for it but he had me flogged and then we got rid of him. He was a little twirp anyway.
Now I considered getting a real tricked out chariot instead with every option available so yes you are right a shaving stand can cost the price of a new transport vehicle. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Nelson,
The stand and the leather travel case combined would cost around $450. That's plenty for a chariot.

Gentlemen,
I have had the RAW RS-10 for couple weeks now and still love it. No buyer's remorse. The razor is not only beautiful, but also efficient and silky smooth. It is still the smoothest, most comfortable and most efficient DE razor I have ever used. Good stuff.

That is an interesting point.
I actually like the logo on the shave head; it's part of the razor's distinct identity. What's more, the graphics of it also add to that distinction. The combination of the graphics and the razor's finish further project luxury. This is a luxury item, after all.
That would mean nothing to me were the razor a dud as a shaver. It is not. It is a distinctly efficient and silky smooth shaver. So I'm in. Oh, one more thing, it is also a beautiful razor — and I love beautiful things.
