Yep. That would fix the issue for sure.

They sent emailed me a pre made order form for $10 shipping to canada, it would have been $7 in the States.

The top cap actually cost $20 but we have a lifetime warantee on Rockwell razors so it was free except for the shipping.
It will be here Thursday according to the tracking number but I will keep using the old one, the new one can be put away in case I need it later.- - Steve
