Thanked: 171Proraso is not a bad product, I consider having used Proraso almost a rite of passage, but there are so much other, equal or better products out there.
As the saying goes: Live a little…
For your first steps beyond Proraso you might want to consider Cella, Haslinger, Myrsol, Palmolive, Ach. Brito, Lea, Speick, Tabac, Vitos and, if your water is not hard, Mitchell’s Wool Fat.
Not all of them may be available locally, but you can use Amazon, Gifts & Care (Spain) or the like, and what all these brands have in common is that they don’t break the bank.
It may be good to stay away from so called “artisan” products, they are often not that good and overpriced for what they offer and you might as well stick to what is tried and tested.

King c gillette i found extremely mild. Couldnt get a good shave from it. Jmo.
