Crap! I liked that shave so much I just bought another GEM... Grrrr I thought I was over RAD.

When I needed to shave quickly, I used to forego the straights for my Pro Fusion. Now I've gotten so quick with my Merkur HD that I just resort to that. I can get to BBS in less than 4 minutes with it.

You really need to try the GEM/Ever-Ready 1912s.
For me, paired with the GEM PTFE Coated Stainless blades, it is the best shaving safety razor I have ever used

i started on DEs, thank god i an use them for touchups if neeeded, otherwise ill probably never use another...
i need to sell a bunch of DE's and SEs now... hmm
