Thanked: 5Personna Blades
I was able to buy 3 packs of Personna DE stainless steel Comfort Coated blades. I can't find anything on these blades. Not even a picture of the packaging. anyone?

I've never used the DE Persona blades but the Persona SE blades I find to be rather good.

Thanked: 1195If you do any research into "Personna" blades you'll find answers that are muddy at best. Try a search at a DE centric forum like B&B for best results.
Anyway, I've tried the Red Personnas and Crystals (Israeli Personnas) and while they're both good I'd give the edge to the Crystals. In fact they are among my favorite blades. It's entirely possible that the blades pictured above are simply a repackaged form of other Personnas. Just my 2 cents.

Thanked: 31+1 on the Israeli Crystals. Due to the generosity of a member here (thanks TonyN), I've had the chance to try them along with the Reds. The Reds give a smooth, great shave, and are a favorite of my wife's right now, but the Crystals feel just as smooth to me and give a a bit closer shave--they are currently one of my favorite DE blades. The Crystals do seem to come in blue packaging--if those Personnas you've got are repackaged Crystals, you're in for a nice shave.
Here's the link to Personna's website--but their product descriptions are kinda spotty-- Personna | Personna American Safety Razor Company

Thanked: 31In just happened to run across your blades on razorbladesandmore.com -- These are Personna Blue "Lab" Blades and can be gotten in quantities if you wind up liking them -- Personna Double Edge Super Staineless Blades, 5 Blades - Lab Blades
I have not tried these myself so I can't comment on the shave. Enjoy!

Thanked: 31I ran into yet another listing for these and it came with the following description--
Description
These Personna blades were designed for barber use and are stainless steel blades with the Comfort-Coated® edge. They are similar to the Medical Personna blades by American Safety Razor. The provide a nice smooth shave.

I've used those blades as we as the Reds and can't tell a difference. I get those in 5 and 10 packs at the local Sally Beauty Supply. Plus it has a blade safe on the back.

True, plenty of other blades out there, but these seem to be (repackaged) readily available at the corner drugstores in my area. CVS rebrands them and sells them rather cheap. I work with a guy that uses them with mediocre results. Not bad, but there are better blades out there. Mild shavers, from what I hear.
Then again, I'm partial to my Feather blades.
