Shavette - Shaped like a straight razor, but uses one disposable blade
DE - Not entirely sure, but based on previous posts, I'm guessing it's a safety razor which uses two disposable blades at the same time

Actually, the DE uses one blade that has two edges (I believe DE and Safety Razor are the same thing). Correct on the other two.
