Thanks for the offer I want to start with a folder if I decide to go kamisori I will let you know.

Talking about ebay and Japan; if you search for the Feather AC RG (predecessor of the DX); they are still available - some with free shipping .

Instead of the DX's stainless steel you get brass, but performance is apparently near-identical and the price is much lower.

I just like the quality that Feather puts in their products....
