Two weeks ago..trying to cross my left hand (to stretch my chin) over the right (wielding the razor) and tapped my left wrist bone to right hand..first angular cut that left a bit of a skin flap! But, it healed quicker and left nary a mark!

Ed & Everyone....I purchased one of these shower wraps (http://www.hammacher.com/publish/66108.asp) a few weeks ago, since I was always re-wrapping the towel around my waist, which was the LAST thing I wanted to think about as I attempted mt first few straight shaves!

About three weeks ago...square point catching the ear lobe on the wtg pass. So sharp didn't even feel it; looked up and saw the small red line.

Thanked: 0The thin red line... Seems to be a common theme, lol. For me it's usually vertical and under my nose. Maybe I need a mustache...

I was making an E-W pass on my chin a couple of weeks ago and filleted myself nicely. I've been busy playing with a DE, and wanted to shave with my Clauss because I was in the mood. I simply lost my grip on the stretched skin, which allowed it to slide toward the blade.

I seem to get those small red lines about every other day, I haven't gotten a good one in about a week. last time my seven year old came BANGING on the door. By the way, Neosporin or some such for cuts, Vaseline will feed bacteria, If it is bad enough, liquid bandage by Johnson and Johnson.
